Return Statement
- Exchanges are not available.
- Must be
returned within 15 days of received date.
- Returned
items must have not been worn, altered, washed and all tags should be
attached.
- Products
marked FINAL SALE can not be returned or exchanged.
- Original
shipping charges, handling and customs charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return
shipping charges.
We have the right
to deny credit if the items returned do not meet our return policy standards.
Notice:
Returns must be
shipped prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D deliveries.
Return Procedure:
Please go to our
Returns Center to request a return of your order. Please follow the
instructions and choose the item you would like to return.You will get a
confirmation email with shipping guidelines. At last, please don’t forget to
provide us the tracking number from post office or couriers if applicable. You
can keep tracking your package by receiving email for shipment updates.
Refund
Once we receive
your package, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment
within 5 business days. International Credit Card refund need some time to
arrive to your account.
